Traditional Chinese Medicine
Chinese medicine has been developed and practiced for over 2000 years. It includes acupuncture, massage, herbs, diet, exercise and breathing techniques.
The theory behind it, whilst seemingly complex, is at its core, very simple. It is based on common sense and the careful observation of nature. If something is cold, it needs to be warmed. If there is a blockage, it needs to be cleared.
Chinese medicine is holistic and aims to treat the root of health problems by seeing the whole person, physically, emotionally and mentally, and not focusing on isolated symptoms.
